Platinum End premiered in Sheuisha's Jump SQ magazine, back in 2015, and has been simultaneously released in English digitally since. One of those announcements was a new anime series based on Platinum End, a manga by Takeshi Obata and Tsugumi Ohba, who were also responsible for popular manga like Death NoteВ and Bakuman.
